April in Georgetown 2006
Can anything be more beautiful than Georgetown in the spring?
Many thanks to the hundreds of volunteers, who generously give their money, time and talents back to our beloved village.
Please remember to support our local businesses as you tour our splendid houses and gardens these next few weeks.
A tree will be planted and a plaque placed in memory of Reserve Officer Joe Pozell on May 10 at 6:30 PM at Oak Hill Cemetery, 30th and R Streets, NW in Georgetown.
Joe was a longtime volunteer and friend of Georgetown and fellow Georgetown Business and Professional Association Director. Joe gave tirelessly to keep our community safe and beautiful. Tragically, he was killed in the line of duty last May.
Please join the Friends of Joe Pozell as we remember our dear, lost friend and neighbor.
